Daily Street Cleaning
Keeping Limassol clean is a daily mission, and our dedicated team is at the heart of it. Every morning, CFC full-time employees — cleaners and drivers — hit the streets, tackling all kinds of waste and improving the urban environment for everyone.

How we Work
daily
street
cleaning
Equipped with six trucks and refuse collectors, our crews clean the streets, parks and beaches, take recyclable waste to our recycling partners and deliver the rest to the landfill. By cleaning public spaces and collecting rubbish in hard-to-reach zones, we ensure a healthier and tidier city day by day.

Our work goes beyond routine cleaning — it’s a systematic approach to maintaining cleanliness in Limassol and surrounding areas by creating an effective waste collection. Being an eco charity organisation doesn’t mean relying entirely on volunteers’ help. We operate with three professional teams:
  • Two teams cover most of the Limassol territory along with its suburbs, following planned routes, and focus on clearing away various types of litter, including bulky waste, PMD (plastic, metal and drink cartons), household waste and non-recyclables.
  • The third team is responsible specifically for the cleaning of the city's main streets and areas, such as touristic area, Franklin Roosevelt, Spyrou Kyprianou, Kolonakiou, Makariou, 28th October Avenue and Omonias.
